摘要(Abstract)：

检索并分析PubMed、Cochrane和EMbase数据库从建库起至2020年12月31日发表的针灸系统评价（SR）文献，分析国际针灸SR的发表现状。共纳入717篇针灸SR文献，总体发文数量呈波动式上升趋势。共涉及15大类疾病，其中113篇认为针灸治疗有效，12篇不支持针灸治疗，其他结论尚不确定。建议采用循证医学标准规范针灸试验设计，提高临床研究水平；SR研究应参照PRISMA报告的原则和方法筛选符合标准的优质文献，为针灸疗法提供可靠的临床证据。
